Devesh is an accomplished architect with a vision for holistic urban development, now leading the group in reshaping cityscapes. With a deep understanding of architectural principles, a passion for design and technical expertise, Devesh seamlessly integrates his creative expertise into real estate development, focusing on projects that prioritise innovation, cutting edge design and efficient planning.
With over 20 years of experience in a diverse range of projects delivered on a pan-India and global platform, Devesh has focused on the organised Real estate Development sector.
He believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with local stakeholders, government agencies, and community members to ensure that each project addresses the diverse needs of each location and aspirations of its end users.

Anjali heads a team of architects, interior designers, 3D visualisers, site engineers and consultants for the co-ordination of design and execution of the Real Estate Development projects handled by the Group.
She focuses on Minimalism and Sustainability that govern the aesthetic and design process with attention to detail and craftsmanship. She priorities functionality and user experience in the design, ensuring spaces are optimised for their intended purpose while promoting efficiency and usability.
As an architect, her role combines the expertise of both, architecture and development in the built environment.
